I called the owner late at night since on Google it says they are open 24/7, he promised to fix my axle on the car-hauler trailer in the morning. In the morning I called him back and he said his mechanic is going to come look at it. I was just 2 miles from the shop but since I have only two axles and single tire, and 2 heavy Vans on my trailer I wasn’t able to drive like that. The mechanic came and said the axle has to be replaced then his boss called and said it doesn’t have to be replaced and I have to go to the shop so they can fix it. I asked him to talk to his boss and he called him, once I started asking questions how long is it going to take him to fix my axle and fix the tire? He started being nervous and saying he doesn’t know how long, he said the whole day and I asked like how long approximately it will take to fix it because I want to know how much he will charge me for this type of job. He said I am not going to do it anymore pay me for my service call $150. He didn’t say a word about payment for service call when I called in the first place. He didn’t tell me that if his mechanic will come I will have to pay $150 for 2 minutes looking at my axle and saying that it has

I don't know bout anyone else but they sent Leo from this company for a penske service call. He did the repair quickly and had us on our way. So 5 stars for Leo

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Had a trailer bust a axle mount out of the frame. No other shop would mess with it. These guys took on the project and did a excellent job on the repair. Fabricator did a great job cutting out the bad making the repair and plating the framing. Only took about 4.5 hours start to finish and the price seemed very fair. My new repair contact when I'm up in Detroit area. Only complaint I would have is the lot is a bit of a challenge to navigate but it's doable

If I could give this company 0 stars I would with no hesitation. This company is completely unprofessional. Their communication is horrible. The staff is rude and they didn’t provide some of the services we requested. We asked for 6 fuel injectors, an oil change and to check our power cord. They only did 2 fuel injectors. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are not worth the headache.

These guys are outstanding, great work. they’ve been out twice to fix our stuff. Very knowledgeable and arrived in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using them again in the future
